LinkedGuest is a management dashboard for Telegram channel owners. This Privacy Policy explains what minimal information we collect.
Important: LinkedGuest is a dashboard tool. All subscriber payments are processed externally through Telegram bot payment links. The app does not process or collect payment information.
1. What LinkedGuest Is
LinkedGuest is an iOS app that:
- Displays your Telegram channels and groups
- Helps you create subscription plans
- Generates payment links for your Telegram bot
- Shows subscription data and insights
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Telegram Verification
To verify your identity:
- The app generates a unique verification token
- You confirm your identity by tapping a button in @LinkedGuestBot
- We receive your Telegram user ID and public name from Telegram
- We do NOT access your Telegram messages
- We do NOT store passwords (no password is used)
- We do NOT log into your Telegram account
2.2 Channel Information
- Channel IDs, names, and types you connect
- Aggregated daily counters from LinkedGuest usage: today's new subscribers and today's kicked count only
- Counts reflect only subscribers managed via LinkedGuest; we do not access Telegram member lists
2.3 Subscription Plans
- Plan names and pricing you create
- Custom messages you write
- This data generates payment links only
2.4 Payment Processor Keys (Optional)
If you connect PayPal or Stripe:
- You provide your API keys to generate payment links
- Keys are stored securely and encrypted
- Used ONLY to generate links - NOT to process payments
- All actual payments go directly to your accounts
2.5 LinkedGuest Pro
- Your app subscription status (managed by Apple)
- Verification of active subscription
3. What We Do NOT Collect
- ❌ Passwords (we don't use passwords)
- ❌ Telegram messages or chat content
- ❌ Your subscribers' payment information
- ❌ Credit card numbers
- ❌ Access to your Telegram account
LinkedGuest does not collect any payment information or subscriber data directly. All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment processors (PayPal, Stripe) linked to your Telegram bot.
4. How We Use Information
- Verify your identity via Telegram confirmation button
- Display your channels in the app
- Generate payment links for your bot
- Show today's new subscribers and kicked count only (aggregated, no personal data)
- Verify your Pro subscription
- Service notifications: if you delete a project or your account, we may send a one‑time Telegram service message to your existing subscribers informing them that the project was removed from LinkedGuest monetization and that they should cancel payments directly with PayPal or Stripe. LinkedGuest does not cancel payments on your behalf.
5. Data Storage
- Location: Supabase servers in EU (Stockholm, Sweden)
- Encryption: All data uses HTTPS/TLS
- Access: Only you can see your data
- Retention: While your account exists; delete anytime

7. Children's Privacy
LinkedGuest is not for users under 18. We don't knowingly collect children's data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
