Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LinkedGuest. By using LinkedGuest, you agree to these Terms.

1. What LinkedGuest Does

LinkedGuest is an iOS app that:

• Displays your Telegram channels and groups
• Helps create subscription plans
• Generates payment links for your Telegram bot
• Shows subscription data and insights

LinkedGuest does NOT process payments. All subscriber payments happen externally through payment links.

2. Eligibility

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must have a Telegram account
• Must own the Telegram channels you manage
• Must comply with all laws

3. Account Verification

To use LinkedGuest:

• App generates a verification token
• You confirm your identity by tapping "Approve" in @LinkedGuestBot
• No password required
• We receive only your Telegram ID and public name
• We do NOT access your Telegram messages or account

4. LinkedGuest Pro Subscription

4.1 Pricing

• Monthly: $29.99/month
• Yearly: $289.00/year (19.7% savings)

4.2 What's Included

• Generate payment links
• Unlimited channels and groups
• Unlimited subscription plans
• Dashboard analytics
• Premium support

4.3 Billing

• Processed by Apple through App Store
• Auto-renews unless canceled
• Manage via App Store settings
• Refunds per Apple's policy

5. Payment Link Generation

5.1 How It Works

• Create subscription plans in the app
• Connect your PayPal or Stripe keys (optional)
• Generate payment links
• Share links with your audience

5.2 Important

• LinkedGuest does NOT process payments
• Payments go directly to your PayPal/Stripe accounts
• App only generates links - doesn't handle transactions
• You receive 100% of payments (minus processor fees)

5.3 Your Responsibility

• Maintain your payment processor accounts
• Handle subscriber refunds and disputes
• Pay taxes on your revenue
• Provide accurate pricing to subscribers
• Follow consumer protection laws

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 Allowed

• Manage channels you own
• Create subscription plans
• Generate payment links
• View analytics

6.2 Prohibited

• Illegal content or activities
• Fraud or scams
• Adult content
• Hate speech or harassment
• Copyright infringement
• Spam
• Hacking or exploiting the app

7. Telegram Bot

• @LinkedGuestBot must be admin in your channels
• Bot needs invite and ban permissions
• Bot automates member management
• You must maintain bot permissions

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Warranties

Service provided "as is" without guarantees:

• No guarantee of uptime
• No warranty of fitness
• No guarantee of accuracy

8.2 Not Liable For

• Lost revenue or profits
• Service interruptions
• Third-party issues (Telegram, payment processors)
• Payment disputes with subscribers
• Data loss

8.3 Payment Processing

We are specifically NOT responsible for:

• Payment processing (handled by PayPal/Stripe)
• Failed transactions
• Chargebacks
• Payment processor fees
• Subscriber refund requests

8.4 Maximum Liability

Total liability limited to amount paid for LinkedGuest Pro in past 12 months.

9. Your Responsibilities

• Content in your channels
• Pricing and terms for subscribers
• Subscriber complaints and refunds
• Tax reporting and payment
• Consumer protection compliance
• Payment processor account maintenance

10. Termination

10.1 By You

• Delete account in app settings
• Cancel Pro via App Store
• Stop using anytime

10.2 By Us

We may terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in prohibited activities
• Required by law
• Account inactive 12+ months

10.3 Notifications to Subscribers on Project/Account Deletion

When you delete a specific project or your entire account, LinkedGuest may send a one‑time service message via Telegram to your existing subscribers of the affected project(s) to inform them that the project was removed from LinkedGuest monetization and that they should cancel any ongoing payments directly with their payment provider (e.g., PayPal Automatic Payments or Stripe via receipt email/card portal). LinkedGuest does not cancel payments for you and is not a payment processor.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update Terms anytime
• Significant changes will be communicated
• Continued use means acceptance

12. Contact

13. General

• These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the complete agreement
• If any provision is unenforceable, others remain valid
• We may assign these Terms; you cannot

14. Apple App Store

• These Terms are between you and LinkedGuest, not Apple
• Apple has no support obligation
• Apple not responsible for the app
• Must comply with App Store Terms
• Pro subscriptions managed through Apple ID

Effective October 19, 2025. If you do not agree, do not use LinkedGuest.
